Up at the usual hour for a shower and then finish the blog off at "my" chair in the library :-)
Kyle once again delivered my coffee to me.
The rest of the gang all took turns with showers as I finally got my T-Mobile data working with customer service. They offered an extra 10 gigs to my 5 gig plan so I took it.
We had a breakfast sandwich and then hit the road to go find some gold... well an old ghost town anyway.

The Goldfield Ghost Town had several old buildings as well as tours of an old gold mine. They tried hard to keep things original... except for all the gift shops! We walked around and enjoyed the "old" feel of the town. We even witnessed a huge gunfight that "just happened" out in the main center of town. The guns were really loud and there were lots of dead cowboys in the street shortly thereafter :-)

After some shopping and a general look around, we headed over to the Superstition Aero Modelers site only 10 minutes down the road. Very convenient!
I met Gary Switala the Contest Director of next weekends event, and we exchanged introductions. He gave me a brief lay of the land on their great looking field. We plotted our camping spot as we will be bringing the RV over on Friday afternoon.

Daisy's in bloom |
Back at the Arizonian RV Park we unloaded the supplies and then headed over to the pool area to chill. The setting sun was still providing plenty of heat!
Dinner will be late but it's more a snack plate of nachos, sausage bites and guacamole.
Dishes done, garbage run and it was time for some crib before bed.
